Understanding your usage rights is essential for legal compliance and making the most of Wubble's capabilities. This guide provides comprehensive information about what you can do with generated content, restrictions that apply, and how different license tiers affect your permissions.
Rights vary by license tier (Personal, Commercial, Enterprise), but all licenses provide clear, perpetual permissions for content generated during your active subscription period.
Rights Are Perpetual
Once you generate content under a valid license, your rights to that content are perpetual—they never expire, even if you cancel your subscription. However, the license tier at generation time determines what rights you receive.

Prohibited Uses (All Tiers)
The following uses are prohibited across all license tiers to maintain ethical standards, comply with laws, and protect against misuse.
Illegal Content
Cannot generate or use content for illegal purposes, including but not limited to: fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, illegal goods/services, or violation of any applicable laws.
Unauthorized Voice Cloning
Must obtain explicit consent before cloning anyone's voice. Cannot clone public figures, celebrities, or individuals without their written permission. Unauthorized voice cloning is strictly prohibited.
Hate Speech & Harassment
Cannot create content promoting hatred, violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
Deceptive Misinformation
Cannot create content intended to deceive, mislead, or manipulate: deepfakes without disclosure, fake news, impersonation, election interference, or misinformation campaigns.
Rights-Violating Content
Cannot infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other intellectual property or personal rights.
Harmful Content
Cannot create content promoting self-harm, violence, dangerous activities, exploitation of minors, sexual abuse, or any content that could cause physical or psychological harm.
Platform Manipulation
Cannot use AI-generated content to spam, manipulate algorithms, create fake engagement, generate fake reviews, or otherwise abuse platforms and services.
Violation Consequences
Violations of prohibited uses may result in content removal, account suspension, permanent termination, and potential legal action. We take content policy violations seriously to protect users and maintain platform integrity.
Restricted Uses (Approval Required)
These use cases require prior approval from Wubble to ensure appropriate safeguards, transparency, and responsible use. Contact us before using AI-generated content for these purposes.

Political advertising, campaign content, and election-related communications require approval and disclosure to prevent manipulation and maintain transparency.

Choose the Right Tier Upfront
If there's any possibility of commercial use, start with Commercial tier. You cannot upgrade a content item's license after generation—you must regenerate it.
