What is Wubble?

Wubble is a music platform supported by artificial intelligence, dedicated to creating personalized music experiences. Your information provided is controlled by Wubble.Ai Private Limited (“Wubble”) situated at the address in Contact Us.

What information do we collect?

We collect both personal information and Anonymous Information (defined). We may also use personal information and Anonymous Information to create Aggregate Information (defined in this polic). We collect information which may include:

Registration information: First name, middle name, last name, country of residence, email address, company details, your role in the company, the purpose for creating the account, username, and password when you create an account or link your profile on a third-party site.

Transaction information: Billing/ Postal address, and payment information, when subscribing to a Subscription Plan.

Message and chat information: Information sent in one-to-one or group messages, chats, posts, or similar functionalities, where permitted by law.

Third-party information: Data from third-party sites or platforms about the use of our applications on those platforms or devices.

Location information: Your IP address, or other online or device identifiers, where permitted by law.

Activity information: Data on your usage of Platform and Services (defined) including Content, Submissions, Selected Tracks (all terms defined), service usage frequency, and preferences.

Technical and device data: Browser or device type, unique device identifier, IP address, and usage, viewing, and technical data when you visit our Platform, use our applications on third-party sites, open our emails, or connect with our wireless internet services.

How We Collect Your Information?

We collect information you provide directly when you subscribe to our Services, request for information from us, register with us, respond to surveys, or otherwise interact with us using one or more devices.

We also collect information through various technologies such as cookies, flash cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, application program interfaces, and web beacons when you visit our Platform or use our applications on third-party sites or platforms. We use analytics tools to collect information and acquire data from trusted sources to update or supplement information you provided or we collected automatically. How Wubble uses your information?

Wubble is the data collector for your information. Wubble is responsible for and may use your information as described in this policy. Other Wubble group companies may access your information to perform services on behalf of the data controller. In accordance with applicable laws and the choices available to you, we may use information collected from you or your associated devices to:

  • Provide services you request, view, engage with, or purchase.
  • Communicate about your account or transactions with us and request feedback.
  • Send offers and promotions for our products and services.
  • Personalize content and experiences.
  • To attribute any content you submit for publishing on our Platform, that we publish on the Platform.
  • Operate, understand, optimize, develop, or improve our sites, applications, products, services, and operations using surveys and analytics tools.
  • Market research, and business development.
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent policy violations, safety issues, fraud, or illegal activities.
  • Notify you of safety issues.

We will not share your personal information with third parties outside Wubble or its Affiliates except in limited circumstances, including:

  • Working with service providers performing services on our behalf.
  • Providing relevant advertising on third-party sites and applications, sharing limited personal information for personalization and measurement.
  • Sharing personal information with business partners.
  • In connection with the sale of a business.
  • Enforcing our Terms of Use, protecting our and others' rights and property, our Subscribers and third parties.
  • Complying with legal processes, or if disclosure is required by law.

Third parties we currently use include: Google Analytics & Stripe .Once shared with another company, your personal information is governed by their privacy practices.

Please note that when you provide information on a third-party site or platform, the third party may also collect your data. The information we collect is governed by this privacy policy, whereas the third party's collection is subject to their privacy practices. Your privacy choices on third-party platforms do not apply to our use of information collected directly through our applications. Additionally, our sites and applications may contain links to other sites not owned or controlled by us; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other sites that may collect your personal information.

How you can control and make choices?

We provide options to exercise control over our collection, use, and sharing of your information, in line with applicable law. Your controls and choices may include:

  • Correcting, updating, and deleting your registration account and personal information provided to us.
  • Choosing or changing subscriptions and alerts preferences.
  • Deciding whether to receive offers from us.

Minors

Wubble does not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 18. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information.

Data Security, Integrity, and Retention

We implement appropriate safeguards to secure your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes specified in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is mandated or allowed by law.

Data Transfers, Storage, and Processing Globally

By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your personal information will be processed and stored in servers in Singapore and may be processed, transferred or disclosed to our service providers in other jurisdictions. We ensure your information is adequately protected wherever it is processed.

We may revise this privacy policy to account for new technologies, industry standards, regulatory changes, or other relevant reasons. We will notify you of material changes and obtain your consent where required by applicable law. Definitions

Anonymous Information means information that does not identify an individual.

Aggregate Information means combined data not identifying individuals.

Content means any music tracks, media, or materials generated, uploaded, or otherwise made available through the Services by the User for the purpose that shall be well defined and stated by the User

Cookies: Small data files on your device helping websites and apps remember visit information.

Platform ” or “Site” means the website, mobile application, and/or other future platforms offered, provided and made available to you by Wubble or its affiliates which is enabled by Artificial Intelligence for creating and producing customisable and non-customisable Tracks.

Selected Tracks means the Tracks that are selected by User for download during the Subscription Period.

Services means the Platform provided by Wubble on which Tracks are created, produced and accessed, whether non-customised or by receiving Submissions; and also may include a public forum where Tracks can be shared with other Subscribers.

Subscriber or User: means [ ]

Submissions means input data and content that Subscriber provides on the Service which may include videos, audio, images, information, text, and other materials and media.

Tracks means music compositions/ songs.

Web Beacons mean small graphic images or code tracking visitors or user interactions on websites or emails.
