Last Updated: September 25, 2024

Overview

This policy is effective as of the date you access, browse or sign up on our Platform (defined) or use our applications on third-party sites or platforms.

Capitalized terms used but not defined shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Subscriber License, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy.

Scope of This Policy

We collect information through various technologies such as cookies, flash cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, application program interfaces, and web beacons when you visit our Platform or use our applications on third-party sites or platforms. We use cookies and similar technologies not only to enhance your general experience on our Platform but also to improve the music generation and experience process. These technologies help us to:

Remember Your Preferences: We track your preferences in music genres, instruments, and other creative aspects to provide a more personalized music experience.

Optimize Tool Performance: We analyse how you interact with our music production and generation tools to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that our tools are functioning efficiently.

Provide Relevant Content: We use data to suggest music styles, templates, and features that align with your past usage patterns.

We also use analytics tools to collect information and acquire data from trusted sources to update or supplement information you provided or we collected automatically. You can find out more about cookies and similar technologies, and how we use them, in the information set out below. Any information that we collect will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If you do not accept the use of these cookies or similar technologies, you can manage your cookie setting or disable them by clicking here so that cookies or similar technologies from our Platform cannot be placed on your device.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies: Cookies are small text files that uniquely identify your browser or device. The cookie file is stored on your browser. When you return to that website (or visit websites that use the same cookies) these websites recognize the cookies and your browsing device. Cookies and other technologies collect certain information about how you are using our website.

Web beacons/Pixels/Gifs: Web beacons (also called “tracking pixels” or “clear gifs”) are invisible picture files/small portions of code that contain a unique identifier that enable us to recognize users when providing the Services. Web beacons collect information such as a record of the page on which they are placed and a timestamp. We use web beacons to track the online usage patterns of our Users.

Software development kits (SDK): SDK are third-party software development kits that may be installed in our mobile applications. SDKs collect certain information about the device and network you use to access the application and help us understand how you interact with our applications.

Fingerprinting: Fingerprinting involves combining a set of features or characteristics from a device or browser (e.g. information from HTTP headers, browser language, time zone, JavaScript objects, installed fonts, installed plugins) in order to uniquely identify you. We may use fingerprinting for security or user safety purposes.

Google analytics

We use Google Analytics, which is a web analytics tool that helps us understand how users engage with the Platform. Like many services, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to track user interactions, as in our case, where they are used to collect information about how users use our Platform. This information is used to compile reports and to help us improve our Service. The reports disclose website trends without identifying individual visitors. For more information on Google Analytics, see here.

You can opt out of Google Analytics without affecting how you visit our site. For more information on opting out, see here.

Deleting cookies and similar technologies

Some cookies we use are essential and we cannot provide our Service without them, but there are others that can be turned off (depending on the device you use). Note that, depending on the type of device you have, it may not be possible to delete or disable tracking mechanisms. For some tracking technologies, you may also not have the ability to specifically reject or disable tracking. However, in many instances these technologies are reliant on cookies to function properly; accordingly, in those instances, declining cookies will impair the functionality of these technologies. In addition, note that disabling cookies and/or similar technologies prevents Wubble or its business partners from tracking your browser’s activities in relation to the Service. It also disables many of the features available through the Service.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy to account for new technologies, industry standards, regulatory changes, or other relevant reasons. We will notify you of material changes and obtain your consent where required by applicable law. Notice may be provided via email, posting on our Platform, or other means consistent with applicable law.

Cookies that have been set in the past

If you have disabled or refused one or more cookies, we will still use information collected from cookies prior to your disabled preference being set, however, we will stop using the disabled cookie to collect any further information.
