Perpetual Rights
All Wubble licenses grant perpetual rights. Once you generate content under a valid license, you can continue using it indefinitely, even if your subscription ends. Your rights to previously generated content never expire.
Copyright & Ownership
Content you generate belongs to you, subject to license terms. Wubble retains no rights to your generated content beyond what's necessary to provide the service. You have exclusive commercial rights within your license tier.
Attribution Requirements
Attribution requirements vary by license tier. Personal tier may require attribution for public projects. Commercial and Enterprise tiers typically include attribution-free use, allowing seamless integration into your work.
Territorial Rights
All licenses include worldwide territorial rights. You can use your generated content globally across all territories and jurisdictions without additional permissions or fees.

Common Questions
Can I use Personal tier content commercially?
No. Content generated under the Personal tier is strictly for non-commercial use. To use content commercially, you must upgrade to the Commercial or Enterprise tier and regenerate the content under that license.
What happens to my content if I cancel my subscription?
You retain perpetual rights to all content generated while your subscription was active. You can continue using that content according to its original license terms, even after cancellation.
Do I own the copyright to generated content?
Yes, you own the copyright to content you generate, subject to the license terms. Wubble retains no ownership rights to your generated content beyond what's necessary to provide the service.
Can I sell content I generate with Wubble?
With Commercial or Enterprise licenses, yes. You can sell products, content, or services that incorporate AI-generated audio. Personal tier does not permit this.
Are there any content restrictions?
Yes. All tiers prohibit illegal content, hate speech, unauthorized voice cloning, deceptive misinformation, and content that violates third-party rights. Some use cases require approval. See our Content Policy for details.
Can I transfer my license to someone else?
License rights are generally non-transferable. However, you can use generated content in client projects (Commercial tier) and deliver finished products to clients. For special transfer arrangements, contact Enterprise sales.
