• How do I choose the right plan for me?

  Choose Free for trying out Wubble, Pay per download if you want to pay only for occasional downloads, Basic for individual creators with monthly downloads, Business for teams and SMEs with commercial needs, or Enterprise for large organizations requiring custom solutions and advanced features.

• Can I switch plans at any time?

  Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. We do not provide pro-rated billing. When upgrading, you'll be charged the full amount for the new plan. When downgrading, your new rate will apply at the next billing cycle.

• What is the difference between the usage types?

  Licensing

  Personal use (Free) is for non-commercial projects only. Social use (Basic) covers social media platforms. Online use (Business) includes all digital platforms and online advertising. Full commercial use (Enterprise) covers all channels including broadcast and traditional media.

• Do unused downloads roll over to the next month?

  No, unused downloads do not roll over. Your download limit resets at the beginning of each billing cycle. However, you can generate unlimited variations and previews—only final downloads count toward your limit.

• Can I start with the Free plan?

  Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited generations and up to 3 personal-use downloads, so you can evaluate Wubble before upgrading to a paid plan.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and for Enterprise customers, we can arrange invoice-based billing with net payment terms.

• Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

  No refunds are offered. However, you can use the free plan as long as you like to evaluate Wubble before committing to a paid plan.

• What happens if I exceed my download limit?

  If you reach your monthly download limit on Basic or Business, you can wait for your next plan refresh, upgrade to a higher plan, or contact us to discuss additional downloads. You can also switch to Pay per download and pay immediately per new billable download.

  Yes! Annual billing offers significant savings—roughly 2 months free compared to monthly billing. Basic costs $49.99/year (vs $59.88 monthly) and Business costs $149.99/year (vs $179.88 monthly).
